Brewhouse Hardware Shipping Policies

Flat Rate Shipping

At Brewhouse Hardware, we make every effort to process your order quickly and efficiently. All orders within the continental United States are available for our $9.99 Flat Rate Shipping. Due to the fact that many of our products and kits are customized and built at the time of the order, some shipments can take up to 4 business days.

General Shipping

Orders are normally shipped within 24-48 hours, however, in some cases longer shipping times may occur. If you need your products by a specific date please notify Brewhouse Hardware by replying to your order confirmation email. Brewhouse Hardware ships to any location where UPS, FedEx, and the US Postal Service can deliver.

Free Shipping Products and Promotions

From time-to-time, Brewhouse Hardware will offer free shipping on specific products. Free shipping offers only apply to destinations within the continental United States and items will be shipped via standard ground shipping.

International Orders and Shipping

Orders destined for locations outside the continental U.S. can be submitted through the website or via email with one of our sales reps. International orders submitted through our website will be put into review by a sales rep and you will be contacted with the shipping charge for your approval before we process your payment. International shipping costs on returns are not the liability of Brewhouse Hardware at any time and must be paid for by the customer in the return process.

Lost Shipments

In the event that a shipment is lost by a shipping company (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.), a claim will be filed by the original shipper with that shipping company. Brewhouse Hardware reserves the right to issue any and all refunds, exchanges or replacements until the shipping company has reimbursed Brewhouse Hardware for the insured value of the lost shipment, Any deviation from this rule will be solely conducted by Brewhouse Hardware at its own discretion. Any shipment that is shipped form Brewhouse Hardware location will carry an insured value. Any lost or missing shipments will be pursued with the corresponding shipping company for that shipment. Due to the fact that some products sold by Brewhouse Hardware are not actually stocked by Brewhouse Hardware, any insurance claims for lost or missing shipments will be conducted solely by the discretion of the supplier that had originally shipped out the merchandise. Brewhouse Hardware does not have any authority to carry out and such insurances claims if Brewhouse Hardware was not the original shipping company. For non-signature required shipments: If the tracking information that corresponds to a shipment confirms that the product was delivered to the intended address the customer assumes all responsibilities and liabilities for the receipt of that shipment. The customer is the one who provides Brewhouse Hardware with the ship to information and in doing so absolves Brewhouse Hardware of any liabilities for missing or stolen deliveries.

Undeliverable Shipments

In the event that a shipment is undeliverable and returned to Brewhouse Hardware, Brewhouse Hardware will notify the customer and do either of the following:

  • Refund the cost of the items to the customer, less the shipping amount from the undeliverable package.
  • Resend the package using another carrier after confirming the shipping address with the customer. In the event that the package is resent, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges, and the shipping amount from the undeliverable package will not be refunded.

Back Orders

From time to time products ordered may not be available and a back-order is required. Brewhouse Hardware will notify the customer of these situations to find a desirable solution. If possible to ship without any additional fee, all items from the order that are not back-ordered will be shipped directly. If the other items can be shipped with an additional shipping cost, you will be notified for approval of this cost before we ship these items.

Order Cancelation

If your order has not yet been billed, packaged or shipped, you can cancel without penalty. If your order has been pulled, packaged and/or labeled, you will incur a 5% cancelation charge.

In the case that an order has already shipped and the customer decides to cancel, the customer must request a return authorization from Brewhouse Hardware. In this instance, the customer will incur a 15% restocking fee and the shipping fees are non-refundable.
